In 2005 we set up a private ambulance service, being accredited by both Public Health Agency in Timis and National Healthcare Insurance House. Because Neuromed lies a great emphasis on the quality of the services it offers, we managed to make ourselves a great reputation in the past year concerning the professionalism, punctuality and the courtesy of our crew. We are permanently open to the problems raised by our partners and we responsibly involve in solving them. This is why in 2005 we were certificated with ISO9001:2000 by UKAS Great Britain, through Moody International.
During the period January 2006-May 2008, we responded to over 60.000 solicitations of attended medical transport of patients interned in Timisoara hospitals that are in cooperation with us, to other hospitals or private clinics, in Timis district, as well as in the whole country.
In 2006 and 2007 we had collaboration contracts with 6 of the 7 existant hospitals in Timisoara. We also insured emergency medical assistance at sports competitions, manifestations, concerts and other events. In 2006 as well as in 2007 we had contracts with 3 football clubs in Timisoara for emergency medical assistance at their games.
We also have experience in medical transports abroad: Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, Serbia, Turkey. We have transported patients of the neurosurgery section of Spitalul Judetean Timisoara in France, and in Austria and Germany for CARITAS Foundation.

The ambulance equipment is in accordance with the in force legislation, depending on the type of ambulance. The technical state of the cars is impeccable, and the equipment used is of late generation.
We dispose of a dispatcherate for the take over and quick record of the solicitations, that works 24 h/day, 7 days a week. The dispatchers that answer the calls are doctors and are able to make a sorting, deciding over the medical priorities. |

What do we bring new
|
The ambulance service was conceived to become another facet of our activity. Through promptitude and personnels’ courtesy, as well as through the quality of the medical services that we always offer, we managed to make ourselves remarked. We dispose of new ambulances, endowed with new generation equipment, able to intervene in almost any situation. We offer varied services, in emergency cases-from reanimation to simple trasport-as well as services by subscription.
We are at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We permanently try to improve our activity and to excel in services!
