In 2003 we set up a private ambulance service in Timisoara, being accredited both by the Timis Public Health Directorate and by the National Health Insurance House. Because Neuromed places great emphasis on the quality of services offered, we have managed to build an excellent reputation in terms of professionalism, punctuality and politeness of our crews. We are constantly open to the problems raised by our partners and we are responsibly involved in solving them. In this sense, we are ISO 9001\/2015 certified by UKAS – Great Britain, through the company Moody International, certification received since 2003, according to the standards in force at that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every year we respond to over 20,000 requests for assisted medical transport (ambulance) of patients hospitalized in Timisoara hospitals, in collaboration with us, to other hospitals, private clinics or at home, both in the county and in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 2006 until now we cover 7 emergency hospitals in the region for emergency medical assistance and assisted medical transport with our own ambulances. We also provided emergency services at sports competitions, rallies, events, concerts and other events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During 2008-2009 – we contracted with Build Corp 24\/7 emergency services for 300 Chinese citizens who participated in the expansion of the Iulius Mall Timisoara shopping complex. The average intervention time was 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since 2011 we provide emergency medical assistance and ambulance service in Timisoara, 24\/7 for the 5,700 employees and 3,500 of their minor children from the company Takata-Petri Romania in Arad, both at the factory and at their home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since 2012, we provide emergency medical assistance and ambulance service in Timisoara, 24\/7 for all Continental employees in Timisoara, both at the factory and at their home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
