Osteodensitometry

Patients of our clinic have the opportunity to perform the investigation by Osteodensitometry (DEXA) which is the “gold standard” in measuring bone density.

Osteodensitometry can diagnose osteoporosis and assess the risk of bone demineralization over time and determine the effectiveness of treatment for osteoporosis. It is a simple, painless and non-invasive procedure.

Early osteoporosis can prevent fragility fractures, especially in the elderly.
