Personal data protection

The NEUROMED imaging diagnostic center, as personal data operator, ensures and complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals in regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

According to Regulation (EU) 679/2016, the patient benefits from the right of access, rectification, portability or deletion of data, restriction of processing, the right to oppose the processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal, the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
